Christmas Returns Policy
All orders purchased prior to December 25th have an extened returns/exchange period until 28/01/2018 to ensure any orders intended as gifts can be exchanged or refunded.
Returns & Exchanges UK Mainland
If you wish to return any item you are required to notify us within 14 days of your receipt of the order to confirm the return. You then have a further 14 days to return it to us, please see below for our returns conditions.
We offer free returns on all orders of £75 or more within the UK Mainland that require a refund or exchange. Please contact us at email@example.com with the subject Returns and state your WEB reference number. Alternatively call 01702 352 800 and one of our staff will be happy to arrange a return for you.
For all UK mainland return orders under £75 where our elected courier is used there is charge of £2.95 which will be deducted from the original order value before a refund is issued.
In the event that you require an exchange please state the product and size you require and we will do our best to reserve the item for you. If we are unable to exchange the item requested or if there will be a delay you will be informed immediately.
For all other customers we recommend informing us of any intended returns and that they be sent by a recorded delivery service.
Free returns will require you supply an email address and have access to a printer. In the event you are unable to supply an email and/or print a label please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Refunds and exchanges are all subject to the following conditions;
· All items must be in unused original condition.
· Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached.
· Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.
· Shoes must not be worn outside, once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged.
· All shoes should be returned in their original packaging.
· Returns must be adequately wrapped to prevent damage.
· No labelling must be attached directly to shoe boxes.
· Shipping charges are non-refundable but there is no extra charge for exchanges.

We perform quality control checks on all orders but in the rare instance a product does not meet with reasonable wear we will seek to replace the item or reimburse you.
Simply return the item to us and we will forward it to the manufacturer on your behalf requesting compensation.
