Delivery & Shipping

How much does delivery cost?
We charge £3.95 postage for all orders under £75 unless there is a specific offer of free postage. Postage is free of charge on orders over £75 (UK Mainland and Northern Ireland)

How long will my parcel take to arrive?
All orders placed before 16:00 are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery ( 2-3 days for Northern Ireland )

What countries do you ship to?
We currently have shipping options for most European destinations at the checkout. If your country is not listed please contact us for delivery rates.

Can i collect my order in store?
yes, simply use the collect in store option at the checkout. After receiving your email to say your order is ready to be collected, you can come in any time during our normal trading hours

Do you ship outside the EU?
yes we can ship worldwide, please contact us for international delivery prices

Will i have to pay VAT if i live in the channel islands?
No, your basket total will re-calculate at the checkout when you enter your shipping country so your purchases will be ZERO-VAT rated.

What time will my parcel be delivered?
You will be sent a text message (if a mobile number is provided) and email on the day of dispatch, this will give you a 1 hour delivery slot between 0900-1700, so you don't need to wait in all day

What courier service do you use?
All parcels are sent on a next day signed for service, which is fully insured for any order value. We are currently working with Interlink / DPD, one of the UK's largest courier services.

Can you leave my parcel somewhere if I'm out on delivery?
The couriers don't like to do it for security reasons, but it can be arranged if necessary. Our preference would be to leave it with a neighbour so your consignment is still signed for.

Are my card details secure online?
Absolutely, our website payments are processed via SagePay, one of the largest and most trusted payment gateway providers in Europe.

Do you keep my card details?
No card or payment details are stored on our system.

Can i order over the phone?

Products and Sizing

Im unsure what size i am, can you advise me?
one of our advisors will be happy to talk you though your sizes.  Although we can do this via Email or Phone, its probably quicker to call us. Another option is to use the "ask a question button" in the product description area.

Your currently out of stock of my size, are you getting it in again?
On each product there is the option for us to email you when an item comes back into stock, simply select the size you require, and the "email when back in stock" option will appear just above the sizes list. If you would like to ask directly about stock deliveries etc, please use the "ask a question" button in the product description, or give us a call.

Can you order a size in specially for me?
Normally, yes, but obviously on seasonal items theres comes a point when there is no further stock available.

Im after something that i can't find online, can you get it?
We offer a huge range of stock and made to order products, please give us a call and we will do our best to help.
