· All UK mainland orders placed before 4pm Monday - Thursday will be delivered by courier the next working day.
· Orders placed before 4pm Friday will be delivered the following Monday, orders placed after 4pm Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
· For all other UK destinations please allow for an additional working day for delivery.
· Exclusions apply due to holidays in which case our website will state the next available delivery date at the time of ordering.
· All other destinations, including Northern Ireland, are shipped with a tracked Royal Mail service, please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery.
· We advise including a contact telephone number and/or an email address with all orders to ensure you are kept fully informed of the status of your order. If you do not wish to submit this information, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with delivery information.
Free Returns & Exchanges UK Mainland
We offer free returns on all orders within the UK Mainland that require a refund or exchange. Please contact us at email@example.com with the subject Returns and state your WEB reference number. Alternatively call 01702 352 800 and one of our staff will be happy to arrange a return for you.
In the event that you require an exchange please state the product and size you require and we will do our best to reserve the item for you. If we are unable to exchange the item requested or if there will be a delay you will be informed immediately.
For all other customers (Inc. ROI & NI) we recommend informing us of any intended returns and that they be sent by a recorded delivery service.
Free returns will require you supply an email address and have access to a printer. In the event you are unable to supply an email and/or print a label please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Refunds and exchanges are all subject to the following conditions;
· All items must be in unused original condition.
· Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached.
· Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.
· Shoes must not be worn outside, once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged.
· All shoes should be returned in their original packaging.
· Returns must be adequately wrapped to prevent damage.
· No labelling must be attached directly to shoe boxes.
· Shipping charges are non-refundable but there is no extra charge for exchanges.
We perform quality control checks on all orders but in the rare instance a product does not meet with reasonable wear we will seek to replace the item or reimburse you.
Simply return the item to us and we will forward it to the manufacturer on your behalf requesting compensation.
