How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to have all orders delivered within two working days, but occasionally it can take slightly longer and the estimated delivery date will be emailed to you along with your order conformation.
How much do you charge for postage?
All orders, unless the products specificaly state free postage, are subject to a charge of £3.75 for P&P.
What is your returns procedure?
If you would like to return an item, simply give us a call, or send us an email and we will give you a returns authorisation code. All items must have all of the original packaging and be as new. We do not pay the returns postage on items than are not required. We will accept returns for refund or replacement for up to 28 days from delivery of your order.

What about faulty items or incorrectly sent items?
If we have incorrectly sent you something, and its our mistake, we pay for the return postage, and the postage to send you the correct item. If a item is faulty, follow the normal returns procedure, and when we have received and checked the faults, we will either replace the item if we can and you would like us to, or issue a refund including the return postage. whichever you require.
How do i track my order?
All parcels are sent on a premium delivery service and you will be sent your tracking details with the order. Also, if you have included your mobile phone number with the order, you will be given a 1 hour delivery slot, so you don’t have to waste a whole day waiting for your delivery.
